Return Policy: We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the item(s) you received, and we gladly accept returns within 5 days of delivery for most items in new condition. If 5 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Return process
1. Please contact us at fashion@cptfashion.co.za, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. You will receive a response as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated. To complete your request, we require proof of purchase and proof of delivery from the local courier.
2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing to the provided address you’ll receive from us in our response.
4. We'll issue the refund to your payment account once item(s) received. Please provide us with your preferred bank account details. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions
1. You have 5 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please return within 5 days of delivery.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-CPT Fashion products.
Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at fashion@cptfashion.co.za.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R200,00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
